Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating with external investment managers, reconciliations and analysis of the investment reporting information between the external investment managers and the Financial Control Department
• Monitor, review and enhance investment management reports on a regular basis
• Coordinate and provide information to Financial Control Department of investment reporting
• Provide summary of monthly portfolio updates in compliant with Investment Guideline
• Assist in providing required analysis for existing and new investment management
• Monitor financial market and present market information update
• Assist with practical implementation of investment decision and follow-up
• Assist in exploring and analyzing new investment opportunities for investment and product development purposes
• Provide relevant input in the Investment Committee meeting
• Assist in preparation of the meeting
• Take the meeting note
• Follow up the decisions made and activities logs
• Provide support in the implementation of investment best practices
• Develop and implement investment-related policies and guidelines from the Group and consideration of the guidance notes from OCI
• Assist in monitoring and review investment mandates for the non-linked portfolios
• Provide support in managing investment risks e.g. interest rate risk, market risk, foreign currency risk and ensuring that sufficient liquidity is maintained for needs

Requirements:

• Degree Holder preferably in Finance or Business studies
• Minimum 5 years relevant investment experience and preferably at least 2 years’ experience in life insurance industry
• Good IT skills
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
