Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- Formulate & implement strategic brand plans in reaching brand’s goals & objectives
- Create and implement branding and social media strategy to differentiate against competition
- Accelerate online CEM, big data utilization for new leads/ new customers generation
- Lead the development of ATL communication, including TVC, print, social media and online
- Analyze business trends and consumer insights to develop brand strategies
- Monitor business results and campaigns effectiveness for campaign enhancement
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in Business / Marketing / Communications or relevant discipline(s)
- Around 5 years experience in brand or product management gained from FMCG, beauty or retail sectors
- Solid experience in brand building, brand positioning and ATL communication
- Experience in on-line and social media platforms is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Strong leadership with excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated experiences in brand building and positioning
- Highly adaptive, innovative, tenacious, self driven and passionate
