Company Overview
- Oversee the overall controls and operations of the department
- Supervise a team of branch administration staff to perform TU and CCRA checking for branches according to CRA Manual
- Prepare business performance report and other various regular reports to senior management and marketing units
- Assist in updating the procedure manual and smoothen the daily operation procedures
- University degree with minimum 5 years branch administration experience of which minimum 2 years at managerial level
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent interpersonal, management and presentation skill
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
