Role Summary:
The role is to assist in providing HR services including recruitment, performance management, staff relations and communication to retail department in order to ensure they are delivered in a quality and timely mannger.
Responsibilities:
- Handling staff recruitment functions including job advertisement posting, resumes screening, interview arrangement, etc.
- Assisting in organizing and coordinating staff orientation, various staff relations and communication activities
- Assisting in the implementation of the performance management system
- Preparing regular HR reports for management review and providing HR administrative support
- Participating in other HR related ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferable from Fashion Retail industry
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Well conversant in HK Employment Ordinance
- Proficient in PC knowledge such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attentive to details and well-organized
- A fast learner and able to work independently and under pressure
- Immediate available is highly preferred
