We are looking for an online specialist for its Group Communications team to handle both PCCW and HKT Groups’ Internet and intranet websites, as well as other online activities.

Job Descriptions:

• Provide technical and administrative support to the planning, development, execution, and maintenance of the Group’s websites and other online activities
• Work closely with technical support to housekeep all related IT resources to ensure smooth daily operation of the corporate sites
• Define and consolidate users requirement of functional teams, ensure new contents and services can be channeled to relevant business partners
• Collect customer feedback by conducting online surveys and perform data analysis of web traffic on a regular and timely basis
• Support creative development and execution for corporate level marketing aids
• Lead and actively explore various online communications channels, such as mobile apps, social media, search marketing, mobile, website and interactive platforms
• Knowledge of generic top level domain (gTLD) operation

Requirement :

• Degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, New Media or related disciplines
• Four years’ experience in telecom/ISP/IT industry; basic understanding in web authoring and design essential
• Technical understanding of backend web processes
• Good knowledge of website development and online publishing processes using content management systems, especially for global corporate websites or portals using multiple languages
• Knowledge of network structure and capability in web programming eg JavaScript, php, JAVA-based, php, and/or MySQL, Microsoft series.
• Well-versed in multimedia creative development and social media
• Hand-on experience in HTML , CSS and cross browser integration
• Knowledge of photo and video editing software like Adobe Photoshop and iMovie
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Good analytical, communication skills and team spirit
• Excellent service attitude
• Immediate availability will be an advantage
