Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop lines with application of fashion trend; take charge of styling and create looks to represent the brand image
• Research and analyse fashion / market trend and act as an information sources for the team
• Initiate seasonal design concepts by offering targeted trend direction by brand, including color, fabric, materials and key looks
• Facilitate the design and production process form styling confirmation, initial fitting session and follow through in subsequent fitting sessions til pre-production sample stage
• Understand strategic goals from the Design Director/CEO. Liaise closely with the Sales and Production teams but with freedom in building a vision of design success to get the design requirements
• Manage and motivate subordinates to foster a creative / proactive spirit

Job Requirements: 

• 5 years or above of relevant experience with managerial exposure within sizable company
• Strong fashion and commercial sense
• Good visions in international fashion wear trend
• Sound knowledge in garment techniques, fabrication and production life cycle.
• Proficient in CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and other graphic tools
• Remain cool under deadline and pressure
• Self-driven and proactive
• A team player
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
