RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for overall Food & Beverage operational administration and supervision, maintaining the required high standard at all times.
• Closely monitor business forecast to keep staff at required levels and maintain tight payroll control
• Maintain employee attendance record and change of status and also evaluate staff periodically
• Ensure high standard of sanitation and hygiene in the Restaurants
• Promote Food & Beverages upsell at all levels and put personal effort through guest contacts
• Liaise with Chef and make suggestions on menu planning

REQUIREMENT

• A least 2 years relevant working experiences in hotel Food and Beverage management
• Degree holder in Management or relevant discipline
• Willing to work on shift and under pressure, overtime work may be required
• Enthusiastic, passionate and with drive for success
• Proven track records in people development and P&L responsibility 
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and in-depth Operational knowledge 
• Excellent commend in spoken and written English
