The postholder reports to the Head of Student Affairs and will perform general administrative duties in the day-to-day operation of the Student Affairs Office. He/She will take up responsibilities in student support, scholarships, health services, student lockers, student accommodation and off-campus housing, and other duties assigned by the Head of Student Affairs.

Applicants should have:
(a) a degree from a tertiary institution, or equivalent;
(b)at least two years of administrative experience; preferably at a tertiary educational institution or a sub-vented organization;
(c)good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua; and
(d)good computer and word-processing knowledge.

TERMS OF APPOINTMENT
Appointment will be on a two-year contract, with possibility of renewal, subject to mutual agreement. A gratuity payment equal up to 10% of basic salary earned during the contract period will be payable upon satisfactory completion of contract. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental benefits. Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
