We are now looking for a talented Assistant Engineer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to Sustainable Development Manager, the incumbent will be responsible in carrying out Computational Fluid Dynamics modelling and other simulation works for internal projects. Other duties include assisting in green building assessments process and carrying out research programmes.

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be:

• Degree holder in Mechanical/Building Physics/Building Services or Energy Engineering / or equivalent
• At least 3 years working experience in building services design consultancy, operation or research institutions and with experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics modelling
• Working experience on various green building assessment schemes such as BEAM Plus / LEED / 3 Star is highly recommended
• Excellent communication skill; ability to work with people at all levels
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, with substantial Putonghua capability is preferred
• Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
