Responsibilities:
Brand Development:
- Establish and support the development of dairy solution expert image under food professionals team
- Develop, plan and implement brand strategy and related B2B activities
- Build strong relationship with related F&B Associations to maximize company publicity and visibility
Develop and implement trade promotion activities
- Support Channel Manager to plan and implement channel strategy through events and promotion activities
- Work closely with consumer team to align promotion activities
Budget and planning control
- Manage and allocate A&P budget
- Monitor brand performance and trade marketing activities effectiveness and efficiency
Product Development
- Collaborate with internal parties to participate in New Product Development project
- Work with Business Development Manager to plan and implement new product launch strategy
- Product packaging renewal
Business Development – Supporting role
- Solicit internal and external business and research data to provide business analysis to identify Channel and Key Account business opportunity
- Provide regular market and industry trend, competitors’ event and promotion update
- Conduct regular product training to distributor, wholesalers and customers
Requirements:
- Excellent in both spoken & written English & Mandarin
- Strong Marketing Sense in Food industry (B2B business)
- Digital Marketing Experience is an advantage
