Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Architect, the appointee will perform the following responsibilities:

• To assist in planning, preparation of feasibility studies, conceptual and detailed designs, and management of budgets, programs and tenders for the power development and building projects
• To perform tender evaluation and make recommendation, and prepare submissions to government in full compliance with the Hong Kong Buildings Ordinance
• To carry out quality control, including inspection and testing at manufacturers’ fabrication workshops (local or overseas) and construction sites as well as goods receiving, to ensure all that supplied materials and associated workmanship meet the contract requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Architectural Studies or related disciplines
• A minimum of 4 years’ relevant work experience with Corporate Membership of the HKIA
• Familiar with local and international regulations, procedures, standards and codes of practice
• Proficient in CAD drafting, MS Office, 3D rendering skills and knowledge of Navisworks and Autodesk Revit
• Holder of a valid driving license (Class 1&2) an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility and good problem solving, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
