Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test and support Billing System for various business lines.
• Conduct unit test, system test, stress test, UAT and training to users.
• Prepare technical documentation, including requirement, functional and technical specifications and test cases / matrix
• Liaise with vendor on system support and maintenance
• Responsible for production incident support

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Studies, Information Technology or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferable gained from Telecommunications industry
• Solid experience in Java, J2EE, spring framework is a MUST
• Experience in Oracle, PL/SQL, MySQL, Shell Script, Unix is preferable
• Practical experience in project management and vendor management.
• Team player with good analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Programmer
