Your Main Tasks

• To plan and implement campaign project work to achieve operational and strategic goals which collectively contribute to the vision and mission of FoE (HK)
• Work with manager and different units to achieve strategic direction as requested by the Board of Governors
• Work with team manager to shape, plan and implement campaign work and maximising opportunities for public involvement
• Leverage multiple marketing channels, including database marketing, direct mail and email marketing, print marketing and other vehicles to identify and convert leads and increase membership base
• Sound understanding of CRM marketing best practices and apply them to the execution of campaigns
  
  

Your Experience & Skills

• Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
• At least 3-5 years working experience in relevant field, preferably in a campaigning capacity
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient understanding of social media best practice and experience in creating online content initiatives
• Attention to detail and follow-through on campaign execution
• Ability to work independently and flexibly, as well as cooperatively as part of a team
