Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support for the Corporate Secretarial Services Department
- Prepare invoices, staff schedules, reports and various kinds of administrative documents
- Coordinate and follow up billing
- Responsible for office administration of the department such as managing office expenses and supplies
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties when necessary
- Be committed to act with the firm’s core values and competency expectations
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or above
- At least 3 years of relevant administrative, secretarial or clerical experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detailed-oriented and well-organized
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Putonghua
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Be passionate for providing exceptional quality service and striving for exceeding clients’ expectation
