Responsibilities
- To assist the Engineering & Project Manager in all aspects of administrative duties and coordinate meetings
- To provide administrative support to the Engineering Department
Requirements
- Matriculated or above, with formal secretarial training
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience, hotel or private club experience will be advantageous
- Well organized, detail-oriented, capable of working under pressure
- Strong analytical mind and good communication skills
- Enthusiastic, good team player and eager to learn
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese
