Company Overview
Job Duties
- Oversee a team of assistants to verify incoming applications.
- Liaise with clients and relevant stakeholders to ensure that all work procedures are well administered and processed.
- Take care of all related administration work such as management reports preparation, attendance records verification
- Act as back up in case of emergencies and be prepared to work hands on with the team to meet tight deadlines
Employment Terms
- 5 days work per week, 0900-1800
- Working location : Lai Chi Kok
- 12 months contract, with possibility of renewal subject to operational needs
- $11,000 per month
Candidate's Requirement
- University graduate
- Two years office administration experience
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Clerk
- Fresh graduates will NOT be considered
- Immediately available (or with short notice)
