The Department

The Human Resources Department comprises a corporate service unit on Clubwide HR issues and client-based service teams, each of which provides value-added services to designated business units within the Club. Our focus is on a customer service, business-driven and cost-effective orientation to human resources management.

The Job

You will :

• assist in the daily operations of the gym centre located at Happy Valley
• perform receptionist and administrative duties
• assist in co-ordinating recreational and wellness activities
• attend shift duty between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm (Monday to Friday) including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays (work hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)

About You

You should have :

• qualification of Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination or above, preferably with relevant working experience
• experience in clubhouse / gym operations will be an advantage
• keen interest in sporting activities and good interpersonal & communication skills
• hands-on experience in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Working location : Happy Valley

Terms of Employment

Remuneration Package :

• 180 working hours / month
• An initial 2-yr contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual
