Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming phone calls
- Co-ordinating incoming & out articles, i.e. voice, documents, electronic, etc.
- Carrying out general office admin. tasks & other clerical works as assigned
- Handling ad hoc duties
- Carrying out procurement tasks, including (but not llimited to) answering procurement request, dealing with venders, quotation request, placing orders, sorting delivery records, etc
- Maintaining procurement records, keeping vender & product literature
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above, at least 2 years working experience
- Experience with Construction Industry is preferred
- Good written English and Chinese skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) & common sense of PC operation in office environment
- Excellent inter-personal & communications skills
- Independent, self-motivated, positive mindset & well disciplined
