Company Overview
Job objective:
Assist the Senior CSG Manager to manage the administration, secretarial and HR functions.
Main responsibilities:
Administration & Secretarial
- Execute the office administration policy and suggest enhancement in line with Organization mission and operation need
- Arrange insurance coverage for assets of the Organization, 3rd party liability insurance for office and event, travel insurance and other statutory insurances
- Monitor the need of warehouse together with inventory management & disposal
- Answer the general line of the Organization
- Handle the procurement of office supplies and maintenance of equipments
- File the statutory returns
Human Resources
- Execute the HR policy
- Prepare HR reports/analysis for management purpose
- Coordinate the annual appraisal and annual salary review exercise
- Coordinate training needs of employees together with Line Managers
- Coordinate the recruitment activities including advertising, road show /talk in institutes and universities
- Deliver the orientation program for new staff
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree preferred
2. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
3. Good interpersonal and people management skills
4. A proactive attitude and the ability to handle multitasks
5. Organized, detail oriented and able to work under pressure
6. Good communication skills in English and Chinese
