Company Overview
The Activities and Summer Programs Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation of HKIS Activities and Summer Programs. This would include marketing initiatives, staff hiring & appraisal, training and orientation of staff, extensive co-ordination and liaison with internal and external parties, as well as budget projection and management. The candidate will need to ensure ongoing assessment and reviews take place for all programs to ensure they remain inline with the LTAD model and the HKIS co-curricular philosophy.
Requirements:
- Two years relevant experience managing educational and non-educational Activities or working within a school program;
- Outstanding organisation and co-ordination skills with the ability to handle large-scale project administration;
- Excellent people skills with the ability to work with people of all levels and from diverse backgrounds;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Native English speaker
- A strong understanding or program assessment practices
- Cantonese or Mandarin language skills an advantage
