We are looking for high caliber finance professional to join the finance team of our Generation Business Group of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited. The successful candidate will be required to work in the Power Stations located at Tuen Mun area.

Key Job Functions:-

• Compile the capital / operating expenditure budgets and ensure that they are financially justified, timely prepared and updated for management approval.
• Perform periodical monitoring and reporting on budget variances against the financial targets.
• Carry out period end closing activities such as accruals, adjustments and reports preparation.
• Conduct financial modelling, cost-benefit and sensitivity analysis.
• Support user departments to complete the review for annual Representation Letter, and provide the necessary information for reporting on internal control framework.
• Provide professional advice and support to user departments in relation to financial or control related matters.
• Identify and recommend changes to procedures and systems to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:-

• University Degree in Accounting / Finance and / or professional qualification of a recognized accountancy body.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player, fast learning, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines.
• Proven capability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; familiar with SAP would be an added advantage.
