Accounting Officer (Cashier) - Part-time

Company Overview

Responsibilities:

Collection of terminal and airline charges at Cargo Terminal (including cheque, credit card and EPS)
Data input of import cargo airway bills into the Cargo Cashier System for billing agents
Check correctness of daily import cash collection
Check correctness of daily export cash collection and completeness of export credit sales
Check completeness of SRF (Shipment Release Form) issued for import
Assist in input of payment journal
Prepare daily reports to Finance Department and Airline Customers
Other finance related duties as required
Working hour: Monday to Friday from 0700-1200

Requirements:

HKCEE or HKDSE standard with a pass in English and Mathematics, or equivalent
Able to work independently
Preferably to have cash handling experience
