Qualifications

• 4 years of solid accounting experience;
• Advanced Diploma holder in Accountancy or related discipline or HKAAT member;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel;
• Independent, self-motivated & detail-oriented;
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadline;
• Proficiency in Konto accounting system is preferred;
• Immediately available is preferred;
• Applicant with LCCI Intermediateor above together with 1 year's accounting experience will be considered as Accounts Clerk.

Job Duty for Accounting Officer

• Handle full set of accounts;
• Prepare periodic accounting schedules for internal reporting and external audit.

Job Duty for Accounts Clerk

• Responsible for daily rountine accouting function and data entry;
• Process accounts payable and receivable;
• Prepare vouchers and expenses claim;
• Assist the preparation of periodic accounting schedules for internal reporting and external audit purposes; and
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time and ad-hoc projects.
