The Accounting Assistant is responsible to help maintain the smooth operations of the Finance office. The major job responsibilities include: process and reconcile accounting documents such as cash receipts, employee reimbursements, trip expenses, and journal vouchers; prepare and process documents to disburse funds, make deposits and prepare reports; compile and review information for accuracy, and maintain records.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Accounting / Finance;
- Diploma holder in Accounting with LCC & I Intermediate qualification, bank cashier experience advantageous;
- Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, MS Excel and experience with accounting systems;
- Trustworthy, dependable, meticulous, a team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet schedules and deadlines;
- Strong written and verbal English and Cantonese communication skills (Mandarin is a plus).
