Company Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers on handle accounts receivable settlement
  • Perform daily accounting duties including prepare vouchers and issue invoices or cheques
  • Data entry for accounting aspects
  • Maintain good filing system
  • Assist in general office administration work
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirement:

  • F.7 or above with LCC Intermediate or Diploma in Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years accounting working experience. Experience in distribution company on dealing with Retail Supermarket Chain’s Accounts Receivable is an advantage
  • Good communication, responsible, detail-minded and willing to work overtime
  • Proficient in MS Office including MS Excel & Word
  • Good commands in Chinese and English
  • Prefer immediate available
