Company Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers on handle accounts receivable settlement
- Perform daily accounting duties including prepare vouchers and issue invoices or cheques
- Data entry for accounting aspects
- Maintain good filing system
- Assist in general office administration work
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirement:
- F.7 or above with LCC Intermediate or Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years accounting working experience. Experience in distribution company on dealing with Retail Supermarket Chain’s Accounts Receivable is an advantage
- Good communication, responsible, detail-minded and willing to work overtime
- Proficient in MS Office including MS Excel & Word
- Good commands in Chinese and English
- Prefer immediate available
