Responsibilities:

• Report to Accounting Manager;

• Take charge of the daily sales and costs posting to accounting system;

• Maintain customer and supplier master file in accounting system;

• Monthly reconciliation of actual and accrual job costs;

• Review standard accrual and actual costs for any material variances/inefficiencies;

• Prepare and validate the cost of goods sold for month end closing.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline;

• Minimum 5 years accounting working experience, preferably with supervisory and audit experience;

• Excellent analytical skills and business acumen;

• Experience in multinational corporate environment and can work with different function and culture;

• Good command in spoken & written English & Cantonese;

• Proficiency in MS Excel, SUN Accounting system and Hyperion knowledge is definitely an advantage;

• Willing to work under pressure, deliver results and meet tight deadlines;

• Immediately available is a MUST.
