• University graduate preferably with Computer Science / Information Technology / Marketing / Business Management or related;
• 0.5-2 years or above solid sales & account management experience in serving SMB/Corporate clients
• Relevant sales experience in handling SMB/Corporate clients in System Integration or IT solutions
• Proactive, Customer-oriented, Self-motivated and Good Interpersonal Skill
• Proficient PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Responsibilities:
• To grow the assigned key accounts and identify new business opportunities
• Cross selling and upselling our services to existing customers
• Analyze and define customer requirements and advise best solution to fulfill customer's business requirements
• To build long-term relationship with existing or new customers
• Strong sales instincts with strategic consultative skill and committed towards sales achievement
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction with our technical team
